"The location is very convenient, lots food choices around the area, easy to go anywhere you want to. The only negative is when we checked in, they said the local charge has been increased double amount but without informing us before, as well as they didn't charged new price to every one exapted us. It makes us feel not feel comfortable at all.. The front desk people not very friendly, feel a little disappointed."

"I checked in on my 40th birthday and the front desk had upgraded my room without even requesting. We went out for dinner and the room was decorated with local bottle of bubbles, cake, chocolates and lavender pouches. Really made my day special! The indoor pool is nice with warm water! "

"Spent 3 nights at this hotel and we loved it! Staffs are amazing and very friendly. Room was ready by noon. Tons of shops and restaurants around the hotel. Location is unbeatable, in the heart of everything! 15 mins walk to Time Out Market. 2 mins walk to the main shopping strip. Jazz performance every night between 7-8pm. Room is very clean and well maintained. "

"We enjoyed our stay, especially our son who slept in the living room with its own door and TV. The bedroom also had a door and TV, and the bathroom worked well for us with plenty of hot water. Although the room furnishings are old and carpets stained, we were fine with the slippers the hotel provided. The kitchenette included a 2 burner stove, counter height fridge, convection microwave oven and dishwasher. There were plenty of dishes and a good pan, pot and water kettle but limited cooking...

"Hotel was fine. The rooms were clean and nice. There was unpleasant smell in the lobby (cleaner?). The hotel is located in a busy area and requires a bit of walking or local transit to get to the more interesting areas of Lisbon. They claim to offer a shuttle to the airport, but actually charge 5x more for the service than the cost of using a ride-share app. The terrace is only open at certain hours, and they don't serve hot drinks - you can't enjoy it in the morning with a coffee, for example."
