"I liked that it is tucked away from bustle. If i had a negative comment it is that i think the particle board shelving in my room looked pretty cheap for a fine hotel"

"What really hit myself and our two friends that stayed here after our Seaborne cruise was the staff! Really an accommodating friendly and truly engaging group. Every staff member we engaged with was absolutely helpful. Especially when you consider the language barrier. Being Americans we are not really a multilingual society. Fortunately for us this Lisboa hotels staff is multilingual as are most in the EU. Nice location, enchanting building, great bar and restaurant. "

"The hotel reception staff were excellent and especially cortina, she was superb. In terms of the hotel didn't receive any vip benefits or upgraded rooms. My room got 2 single beds although we were a couple with a child. A king bed would have been nice. Hotel needs a refurb as it’s getting worn down. Otherwise no other issues. Breakfast was decent."
