"We had a wonderful stay at 1908 Lisboa Hotel! First off, this renovated historic building is stunning! When we’d return at the end of the evening to the beautiful building lit up, we felt so fortunate to have discovered such a lovely hotel. "This building was more than a century old! Many of the furnitures in the room are antiques too! The room is fine, othen than the fact the there is no private bathroom - 3 rooms share one in each of the two floors. The bathroom is in disrepair and the walls had water leak marks. Someone may not accept this as condition for hostal, but for a 100 yrs old building, can't argue much. Location is prime. "The main thing that we especially liked that was it was a convenient location, fairly close to the monuments and attractions that we wanted to see in Belem. Everything was within walking distance. The Tower of Belem was only a block or two away. Everything else was within about a 10-15 minute walk. Place was clean, and the owner was very friendly and helpful."
