"Our stay at was fantastic! The staff were friendly, room was very clean, and decor thoughtfully curated. It is located in a quiet neighborhood of Alfama so it is lovely at the end of a long day. "Absolutely fabulous hotel just off the main shopping street. Quiet and safe. We stopped in a Junior Suite which was very comfortable. Nice bar, great breakfast but really it was the staff who made our holiday so memorable. They not only got the big details right but the small ones as well.
