"Normally this property is fantastic. I understand that they had an off day when I was there with a plumbing leak in a room above us that caused us to have delay in our room. It was quite frustrating though when we were not compensated. I was traveling with children and we were unable to enter our room for several hours in the afternoon when my children needed a nap."
