"I typically don’t leave reviews for properties, but I need to shout from the rooftops to everyone to say how AMAZING this hotel is! It was my friend and I’s first time in NYC and we arrived at the hotel at 10am (early flight in). A gentleman (I unfortunately did not get his name) at the front desk contacted housekeeping right away to see if a room could get ready for us without hesitation. He found out it was our first time in the city and gave us a room with a beautiful view of the city! He locked our bags up so we could explore the city. He gave us a paper with recommendations of places to see, restaurants to eat at and so much more! Upon arriving back later that night, Jasmine at the front desk was fabulous and so kind. She gave us all of the hotels info regarding breakfast/bar and WiFi. Our room was perfect. For being in a city, the room was quiet and you couldn’t hear any cars from outside. The beds felt like I was sleeping in my own comfy bed at home. Everything was perfect and it felt like a dream come true. Thank you everyone for such a wonderful experience. We will be back!"

"We stayed for 1 night to see a concert at the Barclays center. It was an easy walk there and it felt totally safe walking back at night. The place was very clean and had everything you could need. Parking was a bit confusing but once we figured out where to go it was very convenient. "
