Window didn't close all the way (in winter, right in front of elevated train tracks). Sheet didn't fit the size of the mattress (king mattress, smaller sheet). Could hear the neighbors thru the walls. Maid tried barging in without knocking while I was asleep, no word of appology. Stained towels. Garbage on the floor of room hallways. Very expensive for what you get.

The 3.9 star rating on google is beyond generous. Not good for staying here as a tourist or with a family. Rooms are dirty, hairs found on the bed sheets, dry food on the floor.

The worst, most DISGUSTING AND FRIGHTENING HOTEL IVE Encountered IN OVER 40 years of travel!!!! The disclaimer about prostitution and drugs on sign in card was appalling! I didn’t stay there asked front desk for a refund and was refused, contacted Expedia customer service, still waiting for full refund!. not as described on Expedia site. I! thought I was in danger and feared for my life!!! I paid over 85$ for Lyft to this property!!! It was a total DUMP. I WANT MY $$ BACK NOW, THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE

Property was very nice and staff was friendly. No amenities which was expected. One suggestion would be some coffee in the room or even in the lobby. Area around the hotel seems unsafe especially at night and a block away was a rodent baiting station. We did get free parking though which is a great perk

This was not a “bad” stay but also not a good stay. We walked in the lobby and smelled like they had a sewage leak. They resolved it but it was unpleasant, it also smelled like someone had previously smoked in the room we were in. The bed is pretty small and underwhelming, our room was also directly next to the train so it was a bit noisy. We only stayed 1 night.

This hotel was basically my last option as I booked travel accomadations last minute. I didn’t have high expectations and felt satisfied with our experience. The passing Airtrain was really loud but It didn’t bother me as I’m a heavy sleeper. It did smell like tobacco when we first arrived. It seemed to go away after airing out the room. The room is small but enough space for two people. Bathroom was average - clean and hot water. They provided shampoo, conditioner and soap. The towels weren’t of exceptional quality but replacements were easily provided. One thing that really did bug me was that the mattress didn’t have a fitted sheet. The sheet would move around and I’d be skin to skin with the mattress. I brought this up to the front desk and they at least provided a bigger sheet which helped but didn’t solve the problem. We felt safe in this area and the subway station was only a few blocks away. We also found a few food spots nearby.
