"We had our annual family reunion at this property in Mammoth. The house was a good size for a family of seven. The dryer was taking too long to dry the clothes. I told the property manager so hopefully the next family will have dry clothes and towels. The downstairs bathroom toilet had a flap problem so the toilet ran. There was a stain on the downstairs carpet by the ping pong table. Management should probablycheck on the cleaning company they hired to make sure they're doing a thorough...

"We had a great stay at Mammoth. There were a couple of issues with the property (with no fault of the owners). The owners took care of those issues and we were completely satisfied. It's a beautiful area with all amenities that you need. The Fall is especially beautiful as the trees were changing color. "

"We enjoyed the view of Mammoth Mountain from the living room, the moon and stars out the front door. We took camp chairs down to creekside on a warm day and enjoyed sitting and appreciating the ambience. The nearby meadow was great for walks for us and our dog. It was easy to hop onto 395 to ride to places with great views of aspen in full color. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Cloud 9 at Mountainside. You can't beat the location, and the home is so nicely and comfortably furnished. Chris was an awesome host and was very helpful both before and after our stay. The hot tub was a perfect way to unwind after a day on the slopes. We'd love to come back again!"

"This is a clean, updated, well equipped unit that accommodated our family of 7 quite comfortably. It is close to lakes and skiing/adventure center as well as nearby restaurants and shopping. Would definitely recommend."

"The home was very clean and comfortable for our family of four. The beds were cozy and there was plenty of space for us. It had all we needed to cook, and serve our meals, including a grill and even a muffin pan (I had brought ingredients for muffins and was glad for that!). There are no seasonings or condiments, but I was prepared for that. No AC, which would have been nice, but not uncomfortable when we ran the fan to bring the evening cool air through…. Overall great stay!"

"We have stayed at this property twice in the last 5 months. My husband and I come to the mountains to hike with our dogs and this property is perfect for us. As I have reviewed previously, great location in June Lake (walking distance to general store, restaurants and shops), comfortable bed, large shower, and fenced yard for our two dogs. The tv has been replaced since my last review.. thank you! We will be back again. "
