Seasonal Road Closure Notice: HWY 120 (Tioga Pass) generally closes for the winter from late October through late June. The dry & wet saunas were amazing after a day on the slopes. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Common areas were spacious, inviting, a beautifully decorated. We have already decided to stay here again when we come back to Mammoth!

Outbound is conveniently located in town, but the inside of what was the old Sierra Nevada hotel is definitely dated (carpet, paint, etc). The rear parking lot is in desperate need of refinishing. The rooms were clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The lobby is also very cozy to hang out in. I would stay there again depending on the price.

Amazing spot for Mammoth, very cozy and no hassle. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Awesome to have firepits around the property and felt more upscale than the price I paid. Will be back here everytime from now on.
