"The buildings are quite dispersed and the walkways are uneven making it difficult to walk around the property. Also, the interior of the room also has uneven little steps in and out of the bathroom, a big tripped hazard. Breakfast selections were ok. The hot foods never seems to be served hot, Luke warm at best. The staff was definitely kind, cheerful and helpful. "

"Good value for money, lovely location - beachfront and walking distance to Lamai night market (and plenty if other markets). Wifi could be better, same for breakfast selection (limited choice). Villas are good size and comfortable."

"This is a lovely relaxing place to stay on Koh Samui. At a price. Beach access is great and you are only a 30minute stroll down the beach to the hustle and bustle of Lamai Town (or 5 mins in a taxi). The food was average but there are many much better options close by at a fraction of the price. We stayed in a pool access room and having seen other rooms we felt we had made the right choice.,"
