The rooms in this hotel are very very good well designed and big modern and clean. This hotel mainly caters for families so if your wanting an adult only and quiet hotel during the day around pool areas its not for you. But the beach area part of the hotel was great with no families. So all in all we were very impressed with this hotel.

the children swimming pool was closed, so all the kids were in the adults pool. for the guest with kids , they offered a compensation, but for us , we got nothing, while we could not enjoy the pool. Very standard 4 star hotel, nothing outstanding, location is the very good tho. at fishman village center. the night market is just next door.

Great value for what it offers
It was very good for value. Great location 10 min walk away from the Fisherman Pier. The rooms were clean and modern, did not look tired. There is another luxe hotel right next door where I stayed last time, but the Holiday Inn although had less niceties on the property, provided the same service and functionality. I was a solo traveller on "business" but it seems the hotel caters to young families with young children / toddlers.

We enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn. The rooms are big, modern and very clean. The location was perfect, staff were helpful and the pools were super nice. The hotel is perfect for families, as they have splash area for kids, a play room inside and playground outside.

Great hotel but very noisy rooms
Great stay at this new hotel. Good food and lots of activities for kids. However, the rooms offer absolutely zero sound proof. You can hear everything from adjacent rooms. This is very frustrating when you have noisy neighbours. So bring earplugs if you want to sleep at night.

We just stayed here for one night after traveling for about 24 hours (with 3 kids) to get to Thailand from the United States. This property was perfect to have as a “landing pad” to rest and recuperate for the night. The pool was refreshing and fun, my kids loved the mango and banana shakes at the pool bar, we really loved the location, as well as the very quiet and dark room to get a great night’s sleep in. And the breakfast… wow! Exceptional! We will definitely stay here again for any family trips we do to Koh Samui. Great stay!
