"The buildings are quite dispersed and the walkways are uneven making it difficult to walk around the property. Also, the interior of the room also has uneven little steps in and out of the bathroom, a big tripped hazard. Breakfast selections were ok. The hot foods never seems to be served hot, Luke warm at best. The staff was definitely kind, cheerful and helpful. "

"From the welcome, to the massages, to the pool, to the departure, everything was great. This property is a short drive away from Lamai which has a number of bars and restaurants but less crazy than Chaweng. Being out of the way a little bit meant that it felt more relaxed and the upkeep of the property was up there with the best. Breakfast to the room each morning and a daily massage to make you feel totally relaxed. I highly recommend "

"Magical place . Old school Thai. Dreamy beach. Not touristy. Amazing breakfast. The property needs a little bit of a paint in places but that was all part of the charm. Suite and pool were huge. "

"second time for us. Pro's - great staff, friendly manager, great food, it's isolated (but if you get the grab app you can get a cab to lamai) and great villa. For improvement- no mats on the beds around the pool or cushions on the sitting area. The decking has also seen better days and needs repair. We still enjoyed it lots, good value for money."

"This is a lovely relaxing place to stay on Koh Samui. At a price. Beach access is great and you are only a 30minute stroll down the beach to the hustle and bustle of Lamai Town (or 5 mins in a taxi). The food was average but there are many much better options close by at a fraction of the price. We stayed in a pool access room and having seen other rooms we felt we had made the right choice.,"
