Can’t say enough about how friendly the staff are and while yes you could point out a few small improvements there is absolutely no need as the positive out way any small imperfections. "Excellent experience. All staff is courteous and attentive. Views are amazing from the room. Decent dining options inside. Staff helped me fix my luggage that broke while being handled on the airport. they picked it up in my room, got it somewhere to be fixed and returned to me like new. Fix price was very cheap as I was considering buying a new one already."

"The service at Renaissance was nothing short of exceptional. All the staff were so lovely and accommodating. They took every step to make our holiday extra special. The food on site was excellent. I am already making plans to go back to Thailand JUST to revisit Renaissance. The buildings and facilities are a little older- but that didn't bother me as everything was still neat and tidy. I understand there are plans to upgrade in the near future. Thank you to everyone at Renaissance!"

"A very small resort where you are treated like royalty. Definitely get breakfast included as it is WAY cheaper than paying in person. So many great photo ops. All rooms face sunrise. 2nd floor has the best views. Great size balcony. Warm showers. They supply shampoo/conditioner, toothbrush/toothpaste etc. Fresh fruit gift on arrival with endless orchids decorating everything. The beach is about 2km long one way for beautiful walks. The swimming pool is nice for lounging. The pool towels are massive. They provided transport from the pier and was the same price they offer at the pier. Transportation to the airport was expensive, get your own taxi. The restraint off the main road is to die for. "
