"The staff who assisted us at the hotel reception were very kind and accommodated us in the best available room at the time, located on the first floor. The security personnel were very attentive, and when we needed to speak with the IT department to use our laptop, they provided quick and efficient assistance. We were very impressed with the service provided by the staff and would be happy to book at this hotel again.
