"We stayed here for 4 nights. The listing posts a hot tub and an outdoor seating area. Neither were available. No hand towels in the back bedroom and no kitchen towels or dish soap to clean up after meals. The living room tv and the fireplace didn't work. I reached out asking about the hot tub and the tv and did not get a response. One of the showers had long hair on the drain cover. "The property was as pictured but I only got to enjoy it for one of the two days I booked. Upon arrival, the door code that I was given did not work. While trying to contact the Host, there were no helpful responses to resolve the issue. Eventually, we needed to pay 400 for an hotel room upfront. "The location of the property could not be any better and the house was great for our group. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms... with a great roof top deck and game room. The house was walking distance to all sorts of restaurants. Just a few things to keep in mind... There are a LOT of stairs, so be mindful if you have a toddler.
