"We were not aware the pool and gym were closed for renovations, and that was a huge disappointment. I don't feel like the guests should be charged the $29 resort hotel fee if those amenities are not available. The airport shuttle was very convenient tho."

"I understand the property being by the airport… but if you don’t have another 82$ for them to valet your vehicle.. you can pay 24$ to park on the back lot that offers VERY LITTLE light. I didn’t appreciate having to walk thru the dark back lots with my daughter.. two small females with purses…. THANKS HILTON"

"The facility and staff are fine. Understanding where to park to drop off luggage and check in without incurring any parking fees was not clear until stepping up to the counter which is too late by that time and inconvenient. Otherwise, the quality of staff and service, comfort, are fine. "

"We stayed here on the heels of our Disney trip prior to heading back home. It was wonderful! The beds were UNBELIEVABLE!!! They had a little cafe with amazing breakfast burritos in the morning. Would absolutely recommend staying here. "
