"My one-night stay was ok. I didn’t make a fuss because I was in for a concert & right back out. My only issues were with the room itself: found a few strands of hair in bed, a/c was ridiculously loud, & shower didn’t get that hot (definitely not as hot as sink faucet). Otherwise, very nice establishment & staff."

"This was the ideal place to stay when in the LAX area. The staff was exemplary. The airport shuttle very convenient. The restaurants were very good, the lounge a great place to relax in the evening. The only thing was the bathroom in the room could use a bit of a refresh, however it was clean and functional. I stayed here alone for business purposes and I felt very safe and comfortable."

"Only problem is the shower & bathroom-no grab bars and the shower floor gets very slick. Also you should have printed info on what tv channels are available. Otherwise it is a very nice place."
