"Great location, very convenient, close to subway. Like the skydeck on the top floor of the building, but the swimming pool was closed for a few days due to the new year celebration. The renovation of the hotel is grand but lack of some details: i.e. hard to find electric outlet for hairdryer and shower door could not close properly. All other things about the hotel are good."

"We have stayed at the Chulan for years. We find the location is great as we can park and then walk everywhere we want in Bukit Bintang/KLCC. The rooms could use some tlc. One this visit we had to ask for a replacement refrigerator as the freezer door was gone and we had food that needed to be kept frozen. Then all the hall lights in the room had to be replaced as they had burnt-out. the safe was not working again. This seems to be a problem as our last 2 stays, the safes in the rooms were not...
