This property shouldn't be included as a VIP in Expedia. Cleaning of the property is not up to standard. It is popular only because of the view of the Petrona's towers and you get what you paid for, only a good picture, but even the pool is not clean.

The room was big and the pool was certainly great. Dining options nearby are limited; we only found two cheap, local (non touristy) eateries—which we did love. Communication through expedia’s messages did not work (zero reply on check in and check out process questions); need to directly call the guy.

This condo was amazing! It was huge , two big rooms , two bathrooms. A washing machine with dryer in one. You also have the city view from the bedroom. Rooftop pool was the best thing ive experienced from a hotel. Beside all that the living room sofa was a bit dirty and some places needed to be cleaned but overall amazing.

Eaton residence by Luna exceeded our expectations. The building itself Is modern and clean. The room is spacious and comfortable perfect for us as a family of 5 with 3 kids under 5. There are rules for short term stays given this is a residential building as well however the rules are reasonable and not in anyway inconvenient if you familiariae yourself with what they are and follow them. The pool is amazing, clean, big and a fantastic view. Finally the host Mr. Poran was extremely helpful, very friendly and quick to fulfill any request. There was an issue with the wifi which he resolved fairly quickly. Overall would reccomend staying here - note there are a number of hosts for this building and I cannot comment on their service however "by Luna" certainly gets our vote. If you want an affordable hassle free stay in KL then you're in Luck here.

Es ist eine perfekt gelegene schöne Unterkunft mit Blick vom Schlafzimmer auf die Petronas Tower. Sie liegt genau im Zentrum somit kann man zu Fuß oder per Grab/Bolt alle Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell erreichen. Ich kann diese Unterkunft einfach nur weiter empfehlen, wenn man ein paar Tage in KL verbringen möchte.

Solide Unterkunft
Soweit so gut. Gut ausgestattet aber etwas lieblos eingerichtet. Sonst generell zum City trip ganz okay. Phänomenal allerdings der Pool im 51. Stockwerk. Ärgerlich nur, sobald es tröpfelt wird man sofort aus dem Wasser gerufen durch die Security. Das ist sehr unentspannt.
