"Great location, very convenient, close to subway. Like the skydeck on the top floor of the building, but the swimming pool was closed for a few days due to the new year celebration. The renovation of the hotel is grand but lack of some details: i.e. hard to find electric outlet for hairdryer and shower door could not close properly. All other things about the hotel are good."

"A/C remote control only works for on/off. Somehow they set the temperature, so you have to tell the management to adjust the temperature if it’s too hot/cold. Oven, electric pot, didn’t work. No hot shower. Colder than “warm”. Also, building B units don’t have laundry washer even though it is indicated as amenity. No coin laundry nearby. Rooms is Building A that are managed by a different company seem to have washer installed in each room. M"

"My wife and I had an excellent 3 night stay at the Grand Hyatt KL. It is situated in the heart of KLCC with nearby access to KLCC park. We booked a Deluxe Room (Tower View). Our room 2409 was stunning with floor to ceiling windows giving a view of the Petronas Towers and the park with its nightly fountain light show. It was one of the best rooms we have ever stayed in. This was our first visit to KL and we were very pleased that we chose to stay at the Grand Hyatt."
