"In terms of clearness and condition of the apartment was quite bad. It is not old and it would be great if the owner put more effort on maintain the place better. In regards the check-in was even worse as we never received an email informing the procedure and we have to wait for over an hour when we arrived to the place to see who can help us. There was no reception or a proper person to ask about it."

Contrary to the appealing images, the actual property disappoints, situated in an area close to Petronas Towers, which doesn't boast an attractive ambiance. The building and flats are infested with insects, including mosquitoes and numerous baby cockroaches, creating an uncomfortable environment. "Property is old. We like that there’s mineral water dispenser provided for us. However, we were surprised to be asked 400RM then eventually 300RM deposit plus 50RM cleaning fees and 10RM Tourist tax. We rented other stays before but never asked the above. "The building is not well maintained. The lobby bathroom stinks and is a tourist turn off. Units are minimally maintained. Bathrooms are dirty to yucky. "

"Rooftop pool must be popular for couples and many taking photos from there. Check-in run by remote and reception facility is only a room with chair. Seems temporary facility and segmentalized person attending check in, There seem no secure luggage storage at reception area as not a hotel. also often the case with apartment style accommodation you will find many missing cutleries you wish to have. Close to the MRT station is good advantage for matured but facility suits for young couple. "

"Appreciated the location of the apt, washing/dryer combo (and laundry detergent avail) with sufficient beds. The only thing that I would suggest is to replace sofa (old and worn, not comfortable) and to clean washer/Dryer with vinegar and baking soda to eliminate the foul smell emanating from it. Great location!"
