"Subway is at the bottom, you don’t have to go out of the hotel to access the subway system so it’s easy to travel around "

"The staff were very kind and accommodating. The extra things like tea, coffee, pajamas, toothbrushes, and combs were all self-service in the lobby which was nice. And there’s a lot of things that can be loaned such as iced pillows. However, we weren’t impressed by the cleanliness - bedsheets and curtains came stained. "

"Hotel was in a prime location with Family Mart connected downstairs and a Namba Station entrance right outside. Staff was friendly and a good amount of amenities available. "

"Check-in could be made with a QR code, without assistance of the staff. Amenity was available at the lobby. The building was new and the room was clean. A/C works perfectly. There was an air purifier with humidifier which worked quietly. Breakfast was amazing with lots of dishes."
