"Tho this place was amazing to stay at. The staff weren’t welcoming or friendly. I asked could we check in early I was told it would be 100£ extra I told them no. I asked for late check out I was told the same 100£ fee which isn’t realistic to anyone check out time was 11am. I also asked could I get phone call when the apartment would be ready which I didn’t get & 1 of the showers didn’t work. Tho that was fine as there was another shower in the bathroom. Overall a good stay with very friendly staff

"Staff was very friendly and helpful especially the lady that checked me in. Wish I caught her name. Room was clean and couldn't fault the cleanliness. Carpet need replacing though and it needs a lick of paint as alot of scuff marks around the skirting. Aircon didn't work and broken which meant room was ridiculously hot."
