"Very nice hotel. Room are small by US standards but fine for our visit. The best thing for us was that it was directly connected to terminal 3 of the airport. We had a 14 hour flight into Tokyo and being able to walk across the terminal to our hotel was extremely convenient and easy. We were able to shop a bit before going to sleep. In the morning, a short elevator ride to the departure terminal to catch our early flight. Staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast buffet was a nice mix of western and Asian food. I would definitely book this hotel traveling in and out of Tokyo in the future. "

"The most convenient flight arrived 5 am at the international airport so we book one day before and warned them we’ll be arriving next day. The hotel was 5 minutes away by taxi and we could crash there after 14h of travel from NY, have a shower, and sleep until noon thanks to their late check out options. A short, and refreshing stance to start our vacations with energy. "

"This was a fabulous hotel. We have stayed at the lower end Prince hotel in the past, but this one was much more refined and calm. Every detail was well attended, including design of the public areas, the rooms and the fabulous gardens. We had a garden view room during the height of cherry blossom season, and the lit gardens at night were such a calm break from what can be the chaos of Tokyo. Will absolutely stay here again if schedules permit. Thank you to all of the highly trained, polite staff here. Our stay was too short. "

"This was possibly the easiest hotel to get to in Japan that we've stayed. It was connected to the train station and part of a shopping complex which included multiple western and Japanese dining and shopping options. There's even a grocery store in the basement of the shopping complex here. Small yet stylish room with well-trained staff. The breakfast was delicious but could use improvement on the ease of moving around-both for patrons and staff. There is a narrow corridor that served multiple purposes in the worst way: it was the entrance and the exit of all patrons and staff and was also the line for drinks and food on the buffet. In the short time we were dining, there were multiple collisions among people and staff colliding with others and dropping dishes. This was the only downside of this stay but a disappointment as we prefer a more calm breakfast area. We would stay here again but probably would avoid eating in their dining hall. "
