"The most convenient flight arrived 5 am at the international airport so we book one day before and warned them we’ll be arriving next day. The hotel was 5 minutes away by taxi and we could crash there after 14h of travel from NY, have a shower, and sleep until noon thanks to their late check out options. A short, and refreshing stance to start our vacations with energy. "

"This was possibly the easiest hotel to get to in Japan that we've stayed. It was connected to the train station and part of a shopping complex which included multiple western and Japanese dining and shopping options. There's even a grocery store in the basement of the shopping complex here. Small yet stylish room with well-trained staff. The breakfast was delicious but could use improvement on the ease of moving around-both for patrons and staff. There is a narrow corridor that served multiple purposes in the worst way: it was the entrance and the exit of all patrons and staff and was also the line for drinks and food on the buffet. In the short time we were dining, there were multiple collisions among people and staff colliding with others and dropping dishes. This was the only downside of this stay but a disappointment as we prefer a more calm breakfast area. We would stay here again but probably would avoid eating in their dining hall. "

"I usually stay at the club level. The facility is old but well taken care of. Club lounges are very nice. The hotel has history and wonderful inner court garden. Many restaurants neary by are decently priced. Very close to JR Shinagawa station with great access to Haneda Airport and to other cities."

"The hotel is in Haneda’s Terminal 3. A 6 minute walk from my room to the bag check. Very convenient. The Onsen and spa was wonderful. A lot of shopping and restaurant options in the adjacent shopping center. "
