Residential feel, less tourist crowds, and many restaurants in walking distance including Roppongi Hills/Tokyo Midtown (1st train stop away). Rooms are compact but offer kitchen and washer/dryer which is a huge bonus. Checkin wasn’t available until 3 exactly even though I got there at 9am. The rails on the lower bunks make getting in and out of bed awkward and they do not allow you to sit on the edge of the bed. The only seating in the room are floor cushions.
