"Everything about the property was perfect. My only con is that it is far from everything and outside is not walkable. It is an airport property. Transportation though is amazing. If you're out late, you'll just need to catch a taxi to come back. I think on a long trip, I'll always stay the first two nights here and the last two nights here. But on my recent 5 night trip, I just stayed all the way through. Its just hard where if you wanted to rest during the day, you'd have to come all the way back and leave again. You'll need about an hour of commute time on the KK line to a JR line."

"The rooms were clean. There was a free shuttle service to Disney which was a plus. Breakfast buffet has plenty of choices. Would definitely recommend! "

"The property and staff were amazing. No complaints on that part. The breakfast buffett was a bit dissapointing expecially for the cost. Less lunch/ dinner items and more breakfast items like french toast, pancakes, granol, fresh fruits, muffins, bacon, sasage, egg varriations, would be prepered. "

"Wonderful customer service! It can be a little confusing which tower you're staying in and where to check in for it, but the staff is so friendly and helpful to get you where you need to be. The room was a good size for Tokyo and there is a 7-11 adjoined to the building."
