"We had the time of our lives here! Everything was above excellent—the staff, the facilities, our room, and above the rest was the food! The all you can eat breakfast and dinner buffet had so many options and all of them were delicious. They had western, Japanese, Chinese, and more. Unlimited drinks. Our room was spacious, tatami mat area, big bedroom, and had a large bathroom with your own onsen style bath over looking the bay and you can see mt Fuji across the water! Also the public onsen...

"確かにホテルは古いけれど、接客はとても良かったし、花火大会当時でしたが何の問題もなく過ごせました。ただ、小さい子供が夜中の１時まで廊下をバタバタ奇声を出しながら走り回っていたり、若い人達が大声で笑っていたりで、全く眠れませんでした…でもそれはお客のモラルの問題でホテルには責任ないですしね（笑）運が悪かったな。"
