"I think this is the best hotel at the Osaka Bay. The service is phenomenal and the room is very comfy, I almost did not want to leave my room and just relax there. Tho, I hope they would allow people with small tattoos to use the spa by providing patches to cover them up."

We had an emergency and we had one staff member (unfortunately we didn't get her name) looked up and called every hospital that was open and available during the weekend. She was successful and applaud her for it however our daughter decided she didn't need the hospital and was feeling ok. "
