"The rooms are pretty spacious and for a good price compared to the place our group was staying at in Tokyo. It's a 10 min walk from the nearest station, and very close to Kyoto Imperial palace, great if you are planning a visit there. There were no major problems, and the noise concerns brought up by previous reviews were minor in my opinion, but the only negative thing I have to say is that some of the sliding doors take quite a bit of effort to move around.
