I enjoyed my stay and appreciate the cleanliness, safety, and quietness, but the breakfast could've been better. The eggs and sausage looked like they were frozen first then thawed by placing it in boiling water. It didn't look appetizing and on top of that had to walk down the stairs due to the elevator being out of service during breakfast hours. Everything else was fine.

Honestly for the price I was so surprised. The beds were so comfortable, rooms clean, hotel was clean, staff was helpful and friendly. I come to Jacksonville atleast every other week and this is where I will be staying each time!

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable and the hotel is located close to the highway yet also nice and quiet. I would definitely stay there again.

The hospitality is great, the staff was very helpful and the breakfast was very good with amazing options..ie coffee with lots of flavored creamers and flavored waffles. Plus the eggs and sausage were very tasty.😂

The cleanliness of this hotel needs a serious evaluation. My children woke up at 6:45 to use the bathroom and came out screaming because there was a big bug in the sink. It was a cockroach! The lobby is ok, but once you get in the elevator, which only had one working, the odor was terrible. The room was filthy, we stayed because it was only one night and we weren’t anywhere near home. Even if the price is great on this hotel I would go in your piggy banks and scrounge change to stay somewhere else.
