"We enjoyed ourselves and thought the house was perfect for our family. We had a very large private top floor. My son had a private room and bathroom on the bottom. My daughter and two kids had two rooms on the middle floor. Kitchen was well equipped and big enough to make our Thanksgiving dinner. Great beach access."

Beautiful Lobby, great room, patio with evening firepit, pool, hot tub, courtesy van, walking trail, 2 blocks to beach & Large nicely furnished units with great linens & kitchens!! I would Highly recommend staying there ( we stayed 2 weeks) There are so many things to see & do on Amelia Island…shopping, restaurants, historic places & Clean...

"My teen and I were tour colleges in the region. This hotel was right on the beach. It was quiet and the area was nice, beach vibes. It was close drives (about a mile or 2) to good food options. Though the hotel did have like a breakfast/lunch restaurant option. It was a regular, nice hotel. Not super high end, good for families for sure. The hotel was doing some remodeling/painting. We were alerted via email before our cancellation window which was nice. We didn’t hear any construction noise...
