"I had difficulty accessing the WiFi and needed to send a report for work. Tyler was able to help out and was so very kind about the difficulties I was having. The valet staff were very respectful and quick. The restaurant was much better than what is usually at a hotel. Overall a great experience."

"Disappointed because no concierge on site, we had 2 lights in the bathroom that were out and promised maintenance would be there but no show in 3 days. tv in living room needs to be replaced cause it is blurry. Otherwise we had a good time. "

Outstanding staff

"We was picked up at the airport by Reggie who was very friendly and made us feel very welcomed. We was greeted by Maria who also was outstanding and made us very welcomed. We enjoyed a glass of wine at the bar with Maria and Chris. We enjoyed our conversation with them. Hyatt place Jacksonville airport Florida is an excellent place to stay. Our room was clean and comfortable. We stayed for one night as we was went on our cruise and we are staying another night when we return from our cruise. I’m so thankful I found this place to stay on our trip. The staff is AAA +++"
