"Great staff! Everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They allowed us to check in early. It was super convenient. Rooms were huge and spacious. Many places to eat near the hotel. Most important they have a massage spot next door. They were amazing. "

"Really good sized rooms compared to others I have stayed in in Japan. Really clean and comfortable. Staff all lovely. Only negative thing I will comment on is the doors slam shut and with a lot of force. This is incredibly noisy. The hotel in general is so nice and quiet but the doors are ridiculously loud. If they had soft shutting it would be perfect. However the rest of the hotel was so good I’d definitely stay again. "
