"We arrived too early to check in but the staff who was there on the morning of 2/11 was so helpful in getting us situated with lockers to store our luggage until check-in time. We appreciated the helpfulness and patience of the staff member that day. She and another staff member were there at check-in at 3:00 and again they were so helpful. We would stay there again. The hotel is also so convenient due to being in walking distance to Atami Station as well as to bus and taxi hubs."

"We loved the hotel and the peace that you feel staying there; the outside onsen is a dream, and the view of Fuji-san is unbelievable. The dinning experience couldn't be better, each day was a different surprise, we loved our host called Ran, she was a trainee there, but to be honest she gave us the best service and recommendations, if you stay there aks for her service and definitely will improve your overall experience at dinning. "The onsen Ryoken is a famous one in Japan as the Japanese Emperors had stayed at the estate for a few times. We stayed at a room with private onsen which is excellent. The food was also great and we had a great time."
