"We had a western style junior suite for our stay in Izu. The room was incredibly spacious, and was partitioned between sleeping and lounge areas. Two bathrooms and comfortable beds. Our stay included dinner at the property, and it was delicious. Service staff were very attentive. Would recommend the property for a relaxing stay."

"Everything was perfect with this stay. The in-house garden is like a dream, very calm & relaxing. The food in particular dinner was very exceptional, they use high quality ingredients and are flexible to accommodate dietary requirements (with advanced notice of course). Onsen was a very short walk from our room, no need to worry when the outside is cold & wet. The room is fairly spacious, our room comes with a balcony overlooking the garden, with few pieces of distinct looking comfortable...

"Wonderful stay. A pity we were only able to stay for one night. We wanted to do some activities nearby but they were all closed due to high winds being dangerous. The hotel staff were very accommodating regardless and helped us get situated."
