"We have stayed here before. The Emporio is a bit dated, but we don't spend much time inside, so don't really care. We chose the breakfast option this trip and it was fine. Cheaper than eating out every breakfast. Housekeeping was timely every day. The beach in this area CANNOT BE BEAT, and you are right in the middle of the hotel zone so easy walk to MANY, MANY good places to eat. Easy taxi ride to Zihua. Felt safe! Will be back in Ixtapa again!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"This property is beautiful! 3 pools, sparkling clean! Food was the best I've had at an all inclusive resort! The activities were wonderful! Biking, kayaking, snorkeling, full gym with classes. I loved this resort!"

"It was a nice property. Staff was very helpful. A bit overcrowded and there was not much control at the pools . People had speakers on full blast and even through there are signs not to save spots, people would leave things on the pool chairs and leave for the day. "

"Creo que deverian mejorar la entrada al hotel ya que llegamos desde las 10 de la mañana y nisiquiera te dejan estar en el lovi en lo que esperas tu entrada te dejan afuera del hotel si no traes carro o en que esperar te quedas en el sol despues de que ya te dan entrada tu habitación te la entregan asta las 3 de la tarde lo que si esta muy bien es el servicio de los meseros realmente atentos y muy amables la comida muy rica "
