"The rooms had unobstructed ocean view. Very clean and tidy rooms, super friendly staff. One thing we found annoying was that the elevators seem to take a long time to reach our floor. One of the activities at the resort is mountain biking, Vladimir our guide did a great job on the 13’s km ciclopista(bike trail) near the resort through the jungle. Strongly recommend it overall a great experience."

"Upon arrival you are greeted with smiles and helpful staff to gather luggage and help you to check you in. English speaking friendly staff in the front of the hotel. Unfortunately you are then inundated with staff required to offer you specials and deals they offer through the hotel, and do not take “no” for an answer easily. Throughout the rest of your stay anytime you walk through the front to the elevator to get to your room, you will be offered deals and promotions. This gets very tiresome...

"20 years ago, this property would have been spectacular. However, today is is very run down. Our unit had sewer smells each morning, the power plugs didn’t work, many light switches were broken, the safe didn’t work and our towels were frayed and worn.
