"The staff and service are very professional, kind, and very patient with my lack of Japanese fluency. It occurred to me within the first few minutes at the property that it wasn't clearly described as a pet [friendly] hotel with many accomodations for our four legged friends. There's nothing wrong with this, I love pets but was not expecting this as it was not very clear when booking through Expedia.
