"The staff and service are very professional, kind, and very patient with my lack of Japanese fluency. It occurred to me within the first few minutes at the property that it wasn't clearly described as a pet [friendly] hotel with many accomodations for our four legged friends. There's nothing wrong with this, I love pets but was not expecting this as it was not very clear when booking through Expedia. The front desk staff speaks very good English, and they will patiently introduce you all services (especially the onsen) they provide, all local spots you can visit. The whole place smells like soggy wet dog. Didnt use anything in the room. Afriad kight have been used for dogs. More like a dog hotel than a hptel for human with dogs. I was prepared to crawl into doggy bed. "
