"Room is quite small for a family of 3 (booked a twin single bed room), however the room is clean and functional. Transportation is good as it is right outside myeong dong exit 9. Very convenient to take the metro around. Food options wise, you are spoilt for choice with lots of eateries around myeong dong. "We had breakfast option, the food is slightly different everyday. The two lovely ladies who works at the breakfast are so nice and friendly. Overall the staffs in the hotel are nice but they don’t speak too much English. Very good location airport bus stop right at the hotel door. The hotel is a bit old for sure but kept it clean. If I would make a critic I would think they should change their front door to automatic slide door instead of the old pulling door. Make it hard for ppl who has...

"Hotel itself was fine, super close to the Main Street food/shopping area and not too far from the palace. My issue was the thermostat in our room was pointless, it was set to 21 (the lowest it would go) and it never got below 24.5 which made sleeping uncomfortable."
