"Very friendly service "

"- location: very convenient in the old city quarter, within walking distance to many attractions. 5 minute walk to airport bus and 10 mins walk to underground station (and i am 60 yrs old!) - staff: extremely polite and helpful, especially the lady at the front desk (sorry i forgot her name) -cleanliness: the rooms are clean and bed are very comfortable (we like firm mattresses). Certain areas in the bathroom would have been much better if the old grout lines were re-grouted instead of white...

"The location was good, there's a cvs nearby with alot of restaurants and coffee shops nearby as well as the palace (and another one a bit further). The metro station is abit far by walk, but there's tons of buses everywhere passing very often. The hosts were super friendly and helpful."

"The rooms were nice and the front desk receptionist was an absolute help, soo kind, soo friendly. Used the laundry service and clothes came back in our rooms well washed and folded. The fridge was useful and air-conditioning bliss. Overall good stay would stay again. "

"Hotel is in a fantastic location close to Daemundae market, 15 -20 minute walk to Myeongdong, Myeongdong market, 5 minute walk to the Deoksugung Palace, 15 minute walk to namsun gondola and n seoul tower. The staff were fantastic, very helpful and friendly. 5 minute walk to the City Hall station for green and blue line. There is a 7 eleven diagonal to the hotel. The room is compact. The bed was hard for me, i prefer softer. The staff put extra bedding to make the bed softer. There is no laundry,...

"The location was great for visiting landmarks, palaces and even hiking Inwansan. It’s a traditional Korean setup with heated floors which was a very nice touch."
