"Very nice hotel! It was a lot more modern than I expected based on the pictures, but the lobby area was very nice and spacious, and the dorm-style beds were also quite big with very comfortable mattresses. The bathroom was also very large with many shower stalls and toilet stalls available. The reception was also very kind and helpful, and I had a very smooth checkin process, even at 12am. Overall, had everything I needed! The included breakfast was also nice! "

"This hotel is in an amazing location. The staff was really helpful and attentive. Some minor amenities were not provided due to Korean law, but nothing to impact the stay. "We loved this hotel. Firm beds, clean rooms, great staff. Walking to subway and Insadog for shopping. Close to Palaces. The rooms are small so if you have a lot of luggage you may want to upgrade to a bigger room. Amenities were fabulous. All in all, I would stay here again. Only the tiniest critique, the bathroom lighting could be brighter for older women wanting to put on makeup."

"The hotel is inside a very ugly looking street but just a few feet after it gets very cool. The rooms are smaller than I expected and the sheets makes noise when you move. Go figure. The staff is only available from 10 to 10. The hallways are super noisy echoing with the slightest movement. The microwave is in the hallway next to them elevator. Nothing to have breakfast around except coffee and bread. All the places around open at 11am. "
