I really liked how friendly and helpful the staff were. The gave us good advice on transportation on how to get around in the city. I would definitely come back here and stay at this property.

Very good hotel, very conveniently located. Only issues are that the T.Vs are very outdated (not a smart T.V) and they have an emergency button right near the toilet which my toddler is obsessed with pushing.

Great hotel and amenities. Only complain is the heat was strong and unable to be adjusted. Staff are so helpful and the free storage locker afte checkout was a great service to the guests. Breakfast buffet was a good deal; especially if purchased one day/one night ahead Love the convenience store downstairs and the gym has a great view

Really nice and spacious foyer, adequate spaces to store luggage when waiting for check in. Really close to Myeongdong where all the stuff is happening, 10-15 minutes walk.
