WE ARE LOCATED RIGHT ON ISLA VERDE BEACH. THE BEST BEACH IN THE SAN JUAN AREA WHERE YOU CAN RENT JET SKIS, PARASAILING, BANANA BOATS ETC.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING. A FEE OF $200 WILL BE CHARGED TO REMOVE ODOR. THIS IS A PRIVATE RENTAL WITH A RESERVED PARKING SPACE IN A HOTEL SETTING
THIS STUDIO IS RENTED FOR FOUR PERSONS ONLY.
EXTRA CHARGE OF $200 FOR DOGS TO PROPERLY CLEAN THE AREA.


CHECK-IN IS AT 3 OR 4 PM DUE TO CLEANING REGULATIONS FOR ROOMS. WHEN THE ROOM IS READY I WILL TEXT YOU. USUALLY IT IS EARLIER THAN 3PM

Remodeled studio with two Queen beds. Equipped kitchen, high-speed Internet, cable TV, large balcony, AC, and a Reserved Parking Space in the underground garage. Located on the beach at the ESJ Towers just 5 minutes from the International Airport and next door to the resort hotels the Royal Sonesta San Juan Hotel and the Fairmont Hotel San Juan. We provide linen and towels. Please note that there is no daily room service during your rental as this is a Private Owner's rental.

Within a short walk to Chili's, Pizza Hut, Church's Chicken, Burger King, Subway, Cold Stone Creamery, Taco Bell, Wendy's, CVS, Pueblo Supermarket open 24 hrs., El Metropol and Mi Casita Restaurant serving favorite Puerto Rican delights. Great for a romantic vacation in tropical, sunny Puerto Rico. Comfortable for two to four. Non-smoking persons only, no pets. PS. Spectacular beachfront view - the best on the Island! The condo is located right on the beach where you can rent water sports such as ski jets, and parasailing.

Isabel is a good communicator before the trip and gave us all necessary instructions. Location is good except you can hear the airplanes take off due to is so close to the airport (if you don’t mind the noise). Place is definitely outdated but functional. Air conditioning is a bit loud. There is a 24/7 supermarket in walking distance and it is very convenient. Overall, it is a good stay for us.

Nice apartment with a fantastic ocean view
The apartment is close to the airport, right by the ocean and has a private access to the beautiful beach. Grocery, pharmacy, restaurants etc. are all within walking distance. It is clean, with easy self check-in. The host responded to messages very quickly. We had a great time and would come back to it if we visit Puerto Rico again.

Awesome trip!
The studio is a little outdated but its clean, neat, comfortable and has an amazing beach view! Close to restaurants, bars, supermarket, pharmacy, etc. we had a car rental so it was a plus to have a parking spot. You can certainly take and Uber to go to further places if you don’t have a car. Staff from the building were super friendly and helpful. Only suggestion I have is to keep a broom and basic cleaning supplies just in case someone needs them. I highly recommend this place!

I love the view from the room the balcony is nice a place to sit on at night be so close to a lot of food options make it easy and being so close to the beach is a plus as well. The communication was excellent did not need to reach out as the rules was pretty simple to follow

The people that work there are wonderful ! The room was nice and so was the view. The only downfall is that the air handler is on the balcony so you can’t really hang out on there because of the heat and noise that it makes. Other than that, enjoyed my birthday stay !
