"On the first morning of my stay, the coffee maker in my room failed to work, but the kind chamber lady in the hallway quickly switched it out and it did work thereafter. I discovered also on my first morning. There was only lukewarm to very cool water in the shower, which was rather disappointing."

My main disappointment was the failure of communications between myself and the property owner to ensure accommodation was available on our arrival.
