"Very convenient hotel near Narita Airport, for an overnight flight. Shuttle is every half an hour, from location #26. Breakfast is very good, buffet style with several options. We also had diner a la carte, but there is a very good buffet also. They even give a pijama, so you do not have to use yours for one night. "

"I always come to Richmond Narita when I land in Tokyo from Canada. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and there are great restaurants within walking distance. On this trip, we ate in the restaurant at the hotel which was also a very charming experience. We will come back."

"Staff and property were both nice. The AC became a heater for some reason and the entire room became a sauna during the day. We were only there for 2 nights to see Disneysea but were surprised to find out the hotel is an hour away by train."

"Liked the spacious and clean rooms and all amenities provided. Front desk staff was excellent and very accommodating, especially with luggage transfers. I wish they provided room service when I caught a cold and couldn’t join the rest of my family on their excursion. Unfortunately, for the prepaid buffet, my family was not allowed to bring food back up to the room for me (it would have been nice if that was possible). Was disappointed that my husband was sent back up to change his shoes because he wore the room slippers one morning. The staff in the breakfast buffet should be more consistent with this rule as other guest were seen wearing their slippers as well (only makes sense if you’re on a vacation but we understand rules are rules) - we stayed for 7 nights."

"Our family of 4 plus grandma stayed here for 11 nights and had a wonderful stay. We had a corner triple room and a room with two twin beds for the 5 of us. Breakfast was amazing with so much variety and excellent service. We also enjoyed afternoon drinks with a beautiful view of the sky tree and senso-ji. Convenient and exciting location and close to several train stations with easy access to both Tokyo airports. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Love the hotel, really comfortable bed, great shower, a good variety of food items for breakfast. We were there for 12 nights and had a wonderful stay. It’s across from Tsukiji fish market and outer markets. Directly across is bus stop for 5-1, 5-2 and 4 bus that goes into downtown Ginza. Subway stop is 5-7 minute walk. very convenient. I would stay there again."
