"If I could I would like to give 6 stars for the staff. They are so nice, patient and really care about their guests. We forgot a bag of Pokémon stuffs in the room and they helped us to ship it back. When the first attempt didn’t work they tried a second time. I really appreciate that. "

"Location is unbeatable - literally 30 secs from the JR gate, a few minutes from too many shopping and dining spots. Love the walk in shower, very spacious. Even a massage chair is included. Room is small so pack light if you can. Washing machines could use some regular cleaning, fabric pieces and hair are visible on the door seals. Really slow elevators, only 2 reach the ground exit."
