"First time in Japan! This was our first hotel for the first week of our stay. Very happy! It was my partner and I and we really enjoyed it. There’s also a family mart right across the street, we were there everyday lol. It was like our morning breakfast and game planning for the day. Area was really really quiet, staff was amazing and super friendly, they also spoke English but we did our best using Japanese with the amount we knew. "Comfortable stay near shinkensai and a subway line so easy to get around the city. A lot of amenities (free drinks, happy hour) and even cultural events going on in the lobby that changes every day. I had an issue with my room and the staff was quick to find a solution. Overall a nice stay! "

"Very nice hotel, location is great - just be mindful the nearest subway into town is about a 5-7 min walk depending on your walking pace. Bus stops are closer though. The elevators get quite jammed during check out time so be mindful of that. These are absolute nit-pick comments as I had a great stay and the staff are ultra friendly and very accommodating. Will definitely be back!"
