"We went at a quiet time of year which for travel with my parents in their 80/90's it was perfect! We loved the overall amenities and layout of the resort. My husband and I would love to go back and bring all our grandkids. I kept picturing them running around enjoying the pool, rec room, basketball and pickleball courts. We went to the restaurant a couple times. The staff was great as well as the food. Kayla was great and showed us some of the other rooms that were gathered together in hopes of bringing our kids and grandkids there and staying centrally together. We appreciated that greatly. I needed the visual of the rooms/layout. The town was close by and many cute shops and great little restaurants. Location of the hotel was perfect!"

"It was my husband and my son’s first time in Palm Springs and our stay in Palm Desert made it a super easy drive. Our room was like a luxury studio apartment with a shaded balcony. We only stayed the weekend so there was no need to use the stove or microwave but it’s nice knowing have that option for longer stays. The room was clean and staff were super friendly. We ran an hour past our expected arrival time but we were greeted by Jessica who showed us the way to our room. We will definitely be back. "

"We are in love with this resort! We honestly can’t say enough good things about it. We stayed in the coolest room we have ever stayed in and we’ve stayed in some pretty great places. It was heavily themed, floor to ceiling, to perfection. It was very clean and very well appointed. Coffee bar was a great touch and loved the fireplace. The location was perfect. Easy walk to shopping and dining. The man at the office that we talked to about being a late check-in was incredibly helpful and friendly. He even called to follow-up with us before he left. We can’t wait to stay here again! We found a new favorite mountain getaway."
