"Great house and location. However, we had a full day of no internet, so no TV, and thermostat control. I called the Vacassa help center and the local manager was summoned to assist. I had to go to local hotel to finish some work on my computer due to internet issues.The next day everything worked as it should. The place was clean and presentable."

The property has a golf course view, however, we saw no golfers (assuming the courses in the area are on rotational closures throughout the year). This is a close-knit condo community, so you may end up meeting some of the neighbors (which we did), but it was very pleasant. "This house was perfect for our friends golf weekend. It was in a great location and perfect for the 4 of us. House was clean, beds were very comfortable, pool and hot tub were an added bonus. 2 things they need to consider.....Screens on all door and windows. The weather was beautiful but when the doors and windows were open, bugs were everywhere. You can not shower at the same time in both bathrooms. There is NO water pressure. The guest shower was unusable as the shower head sprayed sideways...

"Stayed for 8 days while competing at Galway Downs Equestrian Center. Clean house, large space, big enough for 4 adults. Great kitchen and living spaces. The view is breath taking. Helpful host. Great place to stay. Close to everything we needed. "

"The Palm Desert Gem was perfect for our large family group. The master is set a apart from other bedrooms for privacy and there is a bedroom and bathroom in the pool house. It is very spacious and comfortable. There are a couple issues with upkeep inside the house, such as loose hinges in the back bedroom, and the pool could have been cleaner. Other than that it was amazing and all that we wanted! "

"During normal weather conditions, great location. I gave it a lower rating on location only because during winter months, could be very challenging getting to and from the cabin safely. We enjoyed our stay, comfortable for party of 6 only. Will definitely rent again. "
