"This resort is conveniently located just 10 minutes from the beach in Santa Cruz. As well, frequent shuttles are available to the Nirú Beach Club. All the staff at both locations are excellent. Highly recommend as a stay for couples or families. Lots of happy children in the pools!"

"Our room was quiet, clean and had a view of the garden area, a small balcony was included. The staff were the best part of our stay they were always smiling and happy to help from Anna at the front desk to our favourite cleaners, shuttle drivers, servers as well as the concierge. All of our inquiries were answered and any issues were immediately taken care of. The food was okay, we did not go hungry. The beach club was a nice bonus however, located on a beautiful beach swimming in the ocean...

"This is an absolutely lovely property with the sweetest staff. Everyone is incredible welcoming and kind. Both beaches are stunning and very quiet, awesome for looking at seashells and body surfing. We had an amazing time and felt extremely safe, but I truly cannot stress enough that it is the staff who make this resort truly remarkable. As well as the beautiful nature and delicious food!! "The property is a good option for the price. The parking isn't great since they have ongoing construction. I parked in the street every night, but it was within a 30 second walk of the hotel so it wasn't bad. The breakfast was great and the pool area is beautiful. Strongly recommend staying."
